I also uninstalled PS v23 and reinstalled and that didn't work. While it did start me fresh in downloading the filters I got the same result. I did do into the file explorer to locate the plugin downloader file (a possible solution I found online) and delete the file and restated but that didn't work. I looked up all kinds of phrases looking for solutions but there are very few. I tried disabling grahics card but that didn't work. I've checked Graphics Card compatibility and I have the all clear on every aspect. In Landscape Mixer I can toggle the button to the right by selecting a filter (picture) but it doesn't turn blue and sliders are greyed out. In smart portrait I'm not able to toggle the button to "on" and the sliders are greyed out. I soon found just about every tool was visible but all the sliders are greyed out an not accessible. When I first tried the filters I clicked on the download icon to get access to each one. I recently discovered Neural filters but never used them. ![]()
