Please note the following information and please share the information with any of your timekeepers who may not be on this email. We have a few weeks left to finalize our testing before we can officially switch over to the new 6.1 application but we wanted to share some training dates and information with our Kronos Timekeepers. We have already upgraded our time clocks. We are in the last steps of finalizing our testing, verifying our interfaces, and testing our hardware. ![]() Over the past few months Payroll, Finance, Information Technology and MM Hayes (our local Kronos support) have been upgrading our Kronos System to the latest version. ‣ Questions can be directed to project managers Lisa Couchot (Finance) at 275-4205 or George Zimmerman (IS) at 525-6735. More details on training will be provided to management within the next week. ‣ The project plan involves training at the end of October and beginning of November, with an anticipated switch over date for early November. ‣ The benefits of this upgrade include: a faster and simpler user experience, more detailed labor activity tracking, and other improvements as they are implemented. This includes new server hardware, new time clocks and application upgrades. KRONOS Workforce Timekeeper Upgrade ‣ The Information Services department, along with Finance and Payroll, has been upgrading the Kronos Workforce Timekeeper System. ![]()
